Creation of the Universe had a Transcendent First-Cause
First we establish that the universe had a beginning and was created by a transcendent first-cause - God. We observe that the process of creation, based on cosmological findings over the last 100 years, is consistent with the biblical record in Genesis. This is evidenced by the Big-Bang event where space, time and matter came into existence simultaneously.
Universe and Life Were Created for a Purpose
Once we have established that there is a transcendent first-cause - God, we establish that this God had a divine purpose for His creation. We observe that the universe and life were created by a divine Designer. This is evidenced by the fine-tuned physical laws and parameters that govern the universe, and the improbabilities of random processes and natural selection.
Revelation of God is Visible, Inspired, Reliable and Trustworthy
Once we have established that God had a purpose for His creation, we establish that God's revelation of Himself is visible, trustworthy and inspired. We observe that God revealed Himself through nature, the revealed Word (the Bible) and ultimately the person of Jesus. This is evidenced by mankind's response to the creation, the moral conscience and the consistency of the biblical narrative and prophetic proclamations/fulfillments over the span of 1,500 years.
Jesus is Divine, the Son of God
Once we have established that God revealed Himself to mankind through are variety of means, we establish that Jesus is divine, the same essence as God. We observe his authoritative teaching, miracles, and likeness to the character of God. This is evidenced by eyewitness testimony, supernatural power over nature, healthy psychological assessment and accurate fulfillment of Old Testament prophecy.
Jesus was Raised from the Dead
Once we have established that Jesus is Divine, we establish that Jesus conquered death by rising from the dead. We observed that Jesus appeared bodily to 500+ people after his certain death by crucifixion. This is evidenced by extra-biblical accounts, eyewitness testimony, forensics and circumstantial evidence.
